Villa Zafferana is an exclusive, refined property set on the slopes of Mount Etna, near Zafferana Etna. Villa Zafferana is an old rural farmhouse which has recently been restored and converted into a fabulous private residence. Framed by Mount Etna’s unique natural environment with its vineyards, orchards and low stone walls, the property boasts an amazing saltwater pool with panoramic views, large and well-equipped terraces, a lovely garden with aromatic plants and a beautiful spa area with Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, multi-sensory shower and salt grotto. 10 guests will find 5 ensuite bedrooms with plenty of living spaces to enjoy your holiday inside and outside the villa.

Please note that 11 guests are possible if there are children in the group. If there are only adults, there can be 10 guests maximum. The prices listed are for up to 10 guests. For smaller groups please inquire for prices for use of only 3 bedrooms.

Its cosy interiors, furnished with great care and attention to detail, occupy what were once the manor house, the winery, the stable and the storage room. Renovated using eco-friendly materials, they still retain their character and original architectural features. Combining modern features with traditional elements, these stylish interiors include, on the ground floor of the manor house, a living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen and guest bathroom.

On the first floor are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and on the lower floor, in the former wine press room, is the wellness area.
The two annexes house respectively a suite with double bed in the loft (Casetta) and a double bedroom (Dependance), both with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor area also includes a kitchen with dining area and a small football pitch. The villa is equipped with gym room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and fireplace. Other villages and natural beauties of the Etna Park and the most popular towns on the Ionian coast, such as Taormina, Catania and Syracuse can easily be reached from the villa.
