Traditional use of the land as a wine-growing estate and the modern design in the architecture of the house come together seamlessly. The open views from the terraces stretch across the beautifully manicured Mediterranean gardens, over to the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains and to the sea.
The spacious exterior impresses with its huge pool and hot tub, both surrounded by sun decks and lush green lawns beyond, all of which face the sea. There is a spacious covered outdoor dining area as well as a chill-out area with comfortable seating.
Not far from the house you\'ll find herb and vegetable gardens and a short stroll from there are the vines, olive and fruit trees.

The open-plan lounge and dining area boasts luxuriously comfortable sofas, a chaise longue, fireplace, large flat screen TV with satellite, small dining table for 4 and some quite unique pieces of furniture and art. Access to a music system and WiFi is throughout.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features a central island, breakfast bar, TV and an array of modern appliances.
The bedrooms are split between the ground floor and the first floor, all with private modern bathroom facilities, air conditioning and underfloor heating. The upper rooms have a wonderful view into the distance.
