Description
Villa Venelia is situated on a hillside, facing the sea, and is located less than two km from the center of the quaint village of Sant\'Agata Sui Due Golfi. In town visitors can find restaurants, shops, bars, the supermarket, and the SITA bus stop from where you can take the bus to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The nearest beach is Marina del Cantone, six km away. Villa Venelia is a holiday home that offers true quietness and privacy. It is located at the end of a narrow rural road and offers private parking for up to four cars. The villa + annex can sleep up to 14 guests.
Outside, the spacious terrace boasts expansive views of the sea and Capri. It is equipped with a barbecue made of stone, a pizza oven, a sink, and a table with chairs for 12 people. The terrace is partially shaded by a tiled canopy. This is the perfect place for relaxing meals or cooking classes (upon request). Down seven small stairs is a particularly charming sitting area where guests can rest on the stone bench and admire the countless types of roses, the view of the sea or read a good book, accompanied by a good glass of wine. The swimming pool (open April - October) area and the well-tended garden are definitely the focal point of the property. The pool area is equipped with sun chairs, an outdoor shower, chairs, sun loungers and parasol, plus toys for the children. There is also an outdoor washroom, with a shower, sink and toilet (reachable by going up five small stairs).
VILLA INTERIOR:
GROUND FLOOR: The living area is welcoming, with a nice beamed ceiling and tiled floor. It is equipped with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a dresser and a television. There is also Internet and Wi-Fi. The room has a window with a nice view of the sea. You will reach the living room from the kitchen or from the first terrace. A half bathroom is equipped with a sink, bidet and WC. The well-equipped kitchen is large and sunny. It features a lunch table with twelve chairs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, electric oven and a four-burner gas stove. From the kitchen is direct access to a nice terrace equipped with a table with eight chairs. From the terrace, you can admire a fantastic view of the sea and of the Capri Island. You will reach the kitchen from the living room or from the terrace.
LOWER FLOOR: A staircase of twenty small stairs with a decorative banister will take you to the lower floor. The first bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom (sink, bidet, toilet and shower), a closet, and air conditioning/heating units. From the bedroom, you will access a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. From this terrace you will be able to reach the rose garden as well. The second bedroom has two single beds, a closet, air conditioning and heating. The third double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, heating/AC and offers access to a small, private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well as AC/heating.The bathroom down the hallway has a sink, bidet, shower, toilet and washing machine.
THE ANNEX: The annex sleeps four guests in two double bedrooms/two bathrooms, one ensuite. The living room/kitchen offers a table with four chairs, a two-burner gas stove, a small refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. The annex has Wi-Fi and AC.
