Villa Sumartin is located in the center of the Croatian town with the same name, which means tranquility. The villa has everything you need to enjoy a beautiful vacation by the sea. Enjoy the sea views, the beach, pool and all that the town of Sumartin has to offer all at your fingertips. There is a ferry and bus station within walking distance so you could come and forget about using a car while you are at the villa. Villa Sumartin is 100m2 and can accommodate up to eight guests in three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room.

All Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for rentals outside summer season as a shorter stay may be possible.

Have you ever wondered whether it is possible to buy fish taken right from the sea? The answer is YES, it is possible! And it is possible right here: this traditional stone house is located in the port where fishing boats full of seafood arrive daily. You can buy them right from the friendly fishermen or at a nearby store.

There are beautiful views from the upper floors where the bedrooms are: two with double beds and bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds will give you a perfect feeling of home and comfort.

Outside, you can enjoy the pool or, of course, just walk to the beach located only 25 meters from the villa. Meals can be enjoyed outside pool side. For your convenience, there is a grocery store right next to the villa.

Included in the rental are the following: Final cleaning, water, linens, towels, garden and pool maintenance.
