Situated in the most ideal central location in Tuscany, the villa is very close to the \"must see\" destinations in the region: Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, and Florence, among others.
Guests at Villa Sinalunga have a once-in-a-lifetime experience which combines the rustic natural beauty of Tuscany and its incredible medieval hilltop towns with the finest of accommodations and amenities. The Villa can be rented for up to 22 people, and consists of 11 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two kitchens, a huge living room with open fireplace and many other sitting rooms to relax and enjoy the Italian way of life.
The owner of the Villa is world traveled and has modeled the Villa after the favorite features of the hotels and properties he has stayed at all over the world.
Included in the rental price: Daily maid service up to 4 hours per day, mid week change of linen and towels, welcome buffet, 3 dinners per week (4 courses), open bar (5 bottle of spirits and 5 bottles of wine), filled fridge at arrival, manager/housekeeper service on site, 2 Italian mobile phones charged with each 15€, one Olive oil tasting on site, gas, water, electricity, linen and towels, final cleaning
And as a special welcome gift: Guests will have the chance to adopt an olive tree! This means guests can choose a tree and will get an official certificate of the adoption and for two years the villa owners will send them twice a year, 2 liters of their olive oil with the option to buy up to 5 liters for 10% less. After the two years guests can extend the adoption and will have to pay 100€ per year for the same amount of oil and have the chance to buy up to 5 liters of oil for 10% less.

Guests will be welcomed by the managers who live on site and will help to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Luxurious showers with jet massages will beckon you to relax. Wireless Internet access throughout the house will make certain that you can always be in touch, if you so desire. A large plasma TV is at your disposal should you wish to catch a movie from the DVD library or just watch some CNN or our other international programming. Should you wish to prepare some of your own meals, all the needed equipment stocks the kitchen (including stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and coffee grinder). Or, you can request particular meals be prepared for you and your party. Your children will enjoy playing on the Villa\'s playground and tree-house. The nine bedrooms feature soft cotton sheets and sumptuous mattresses. A large pool with commanding views of the Tuscan landscape will call you each afternoon to swim, or just to lay out \"under the Tuscan sun.\" Traditional terracotta flooring with ceilings of wood beams and brick will transport you back hundreds of years.
