On the lower ground floor of Villa Sappho there is one living room with fireplace and a second living area with 42” TV, DVD player, music system and home cinema facilities. For evening entertainment, there is a wooden floor area for dancing or even an energetic workout! Bar area with fridge. Also on this floor is the hidden gem of this stylish house; the indoor heated swimming pool of 80 sqm with hydro massage, swimming waves and the sauna.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a very spacious living room (with separate seating areas) and panoramic sea views, fully equipped kitchen with ability to cater for up to 30 people, and two self-contained family apartments. Apartment one has a kitchenette, double bedroom with ensuite shower room, living room and mezzanine suitable for sleeping up to two children, and a large balcony with views on Sigri. The other apartment offers a small kitchenette, double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower room, mezzanine suitable for sleeping up to two children, and a large balcony with amazing sea views. This floor also offers access to the gardens, the sunbathing area with ample outdoor furniture, and the large, outdoor, heated, seawater infinity swimming pool.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and large balcony with sea views, and an extra bed for a young child. In addition, there are three double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom or shower rooms and large balconies and sea views. The living room/study is equipped with internet and fax and also offers sea views.
There is an elevator with access to all floors.
For immediate recreation, the villa and property offers a choice between three private beaches (one a short walk away, and the other two within a three-minute drive). Nearby Sigri village has cafes, restaurants, and other essential services.
