This wonderful farmhouse is located in a very peaceful area in the hills outside the village of Massarosa, close to the Versilia coast, renowned for its endless coastline with many famous beach clubs. Villa Santana has been carefully renovated to a very high standard, and has been equipped with all modern comforts (including Wi-Fi, a Jacuzzi/steam bath room, and air conditioning). The interior of this lovely home has been decorated with colorful and exotic furniture and art pieces that the owners have collected from their travels all over the world. The result is an ambiance full of character, with a unique ethnic feel. A particular feature of this property is the opportunity to enjoy outdoor meals on the comfortably furnished verandas, located next to the barbecue area. For guests that enjoy their time relaxing in the water, this house offers a spectacular fenced swimming pool (not heated). In the basement of the house there is a separate room with a steam bath, a Jacuzzi where six people can comfortably relax, a shower and a bathroom. The use of the steam bath and the use of the Jacuzzi is available for clients at an extra cost.

Villa Santana is 400 sqm and consists of three floors.
