It is located close to the famous beach of Santa Maria (just 300 meters!) and is about five kilometers from the larger town of Naoussa. The villa sits on a large plot of land (over 30,000 sq. meters) and features a private swimming pool, a lovely blooming garden, and unobstructed views of the sparkling Aegean Sea. Santa Maria beach is a natural cove with crystal waters, fine sand and is ideal for people who love water sports.

The ground floor of Villa Santa Maria features a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender) a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and one more bathroom. The living and dining areas are spacious and include a large dining table seating up to 12 guests, and Satellite TV. Through French doors there is an enclosed, interior courtyard with pool view. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a small, cozy living area with large verandas facing towards the sea. Also upstairs is a studio apartment with separate entrance. This apartment sleeps three guests and features a double and a single bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and large veranda with sea views. Outside you will find many terraces with plenty of furnishings for dining al fresco or, just relaxing.
