Villa Rock is very panoramic and its terraces offer breathtaking views of Marina Del Cantone and the “Li Galli” islands.
Villa Rock has an elegant and sophisticated design and panoramic garden terraces which slope down to the sea. It is equipped with elevators/lifts, a private path down to the sea which can also be reached via a private funicular, a convenient private parking space for 2 cars, air conditioning with an innovative diffusion system, heating and free WI-FI connection.
THe Villa can accomodate 12 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
VILLA + DEPENDANCE
GROUND FLOOR:
(accessed via the private elevator/lift or by going down the external stone steps).
The outdoor area consists of a spacious terrace surrounding the villa embellished with flowerbeds in bloom that frame the various furnished outdoor areas (living area, dining area, brickwork barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven).
THE LOUNGE consists of a spacious and luminous extremely panoramic lounge and living area with an open piece of furniture containing a 55” satellite television; it is furnished with three elegant sofas and also has a dining area with large table. The lounge, which extends directly on to the panoramic terrace-patio in front of the swimming pool, has air conditioning, heating and a telephone.
THE KITCHEN has five gas rings, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge- freezer, wine cooler, icemaker, dishwasher, moka pot, American coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle and other small domestic appliances, air conditioning, heating and a telephone. From the kitchen it is possible to access the terrace with brickwork barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. The kitchen is accessed from either the lounge or the terrace.
BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM: spacious and super panoramic, it has a queen bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, stall shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The bedroom leads on to a beautiful terrace with sea view. The bedroom is accessed from either the corridor or the terrace.
THE GUEST BATHROOM has a washbasin and WC. The bathroom is accessed from the corridor.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The laundry room is accessed from the corridor.

DEPENDANCE: Reachable from the parking with elevator - The annex consists of 2 bedrooms, one queen and one with two single beds. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
MARINA DEL CANTONE
Villa Rock is near the beach of Cantone di Nerano, an ancient fishing village which today is a famous tourist destination with a small center surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the best starred restaurants on the peninsula. Villa Rock is a slice of paradise ensconced on the Sorrento Coast, popular for its underwater caves, crystal clear waters, the hospitality of its residents and the greenery of the coast that surrounds it. Villa Rock is one of the few villas that can offer guests a convenient private path straight down to the sea.
ACCESS THE SEA DIRECTLY FROM THE VILLA:
It is possible to access the beach using a private funicular or by taking a pleasant panoramic stroll.
By passing through the various garden-terraces along the convenient stone staircase, flanked by panoramic terraces (furnished with chairs, sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a covered gazebo) that slope gently down to the sea, it is possible to enjoy the intense greenery of the lawns and the fragrance provided by the many luxuriant and colorful flowers that grow here.
When the guests arrive at the pebbled beach they can also use the services of the adjacent lido.
THE VILLA:
The villa features spacious outdoor areas (around 500 square meters in total) that offer the maximum privacy.
There is no need for a car to stay at Villa Rock . However guests arriving by car can use the private parking area (suitable for 2 cars) inside the gate free of charge.
The rooms in the villa can be reached directly from the parking area and from the entrance gate via the private elevator/lift or along the external stone staircase with around 30 steps.
THE OUTDOOR AREAS AND SWIMMING POOL:
The swimming pool drops straight down to the sea and is provided with hydro-massage seats. It is 3.90 meters wide, 9 meters long and the depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.70 meters. The green lawn facing the swimming pool has sun beds and a heated outdoor shower. From the swimming pool it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, Marina del Cantone and the “Li Galli” islands. The swimming pool is open all year round and is accessed from the patio in front of the lounge, along a wide staircase with just three steps in Trani stone that lead to the garden with English-style lawn overlooking the swimming pool.
The ground floor terrace surrounding the Villa is around 140 square meters; the area in front of the spacious lounge has a fully furnished living area and dining area with a large 3 meter table situated under an ancient olive tree. This area has an awning that creates the atmosphere of a comfortable patio.
The Villa and its outdoor areas are distributed over several levels which, from the parking area up to the lowest floor of the villa, are also connected by elevators/lifts. The underlying gardens are distributed over the various terraces down to sea level and can be reached through the garden as well as by using the convenient private funicular for the exclusive use of guests staying in the villa.
