Villa Raffaello is a classic villa we discovered near Florence, only 1.5 km outside the charming town of Pistoia. Brand newly remodeled to high standards, the three level structure dates back to the early 1700\'s and boasts fine old exposed wood beams, original hardwood floors, terracotta tiles, arched windows and vaulted ceilings. Terraces overlook the swimming pool, town, and even the Duomo of Florence in the background. The 2650 square foot villa is furnished with numerous family heirlooms, drawings, and paintings, so you\'ll feel like old Italian aristocracy as you enjoy your leisure here. With 2 queen and 3 twin bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, study, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, it\'s a delightful home base as you explore the intoxicating land of Tuscany.

Villa Raffaello is a newly restored villa dating back to the early 1700\'s. On a private drive just outside the medieval village of Pistoia, it sits on a magnificent hilltop with breathtaking views of the olive dotted countryside, the village, and you can even see the Duomo in Florence on a clear day! A working estate where they still produce fine wine and olive oil, the owners live nearby and are always available to help with advise and assistance. The first floor entrance takes you into the large well equipped kitchen. Here you\'ll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The spacious living/dining room opens to a beautiful terrace under ancient oak trees. A study and laundry room complete this level. The second floor has 2 twin and 1 queen bedroom and a large full bathroom with shower. 2 of these bedrooms are hand painted with charming frames around the windows. On the third floor you find 1 twin and 1 queen bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with showers. The expansive gardens include a built-in BBQ and plenty of spots to relax and drink a cool beverage or enjoy a meal. The large new pool is on a terrace just below the house, surrounded by lawns.
