Villa Pyrenees is available for private groups, sporting clubs and teams, corporate events, weddings and for individual parties.
The property can accommodate up to 34 people.
Villa Pyrenees has been tastefully refurbished. There is also a media room in an ancient barrel vault, a magnificent dining room with triple height ceiling, WIFI, a gym, and relaxation and meeting rooms, including a west facing covered terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular sunset over the volcanoes. On-site there is also a 25 meter outdoor pool, patios and a treatment room for massages, physiotherapy and spa treatments.
The property is overlooked by an experienced team of 4 (Fiona, Gareth, Nadia and Hossnia). Fiona and Gareth live in a small property in the grounds of property, so are there onsite to help but you will have complete privacy.
Included in the rental price: Breakfast. Wifi, Tea and coffee and bottled water in the dining room. Daily room cleaning. Gas, Electricity, Bed and bath linen and pool towels (changed every 3 or 4 days), Pool and garden maintenance, final cleaning, route maps and GPS routes when biking and hiking.
Available upon request at additional cost: Welcome dinner, chef and waiter service for lunches and evening dinners, airport and train station transfers, bike rentals, yoga, bike guide/coach, swim coach, triathlon coach, sports massage, concierge service, custom tours, wine tours and cooking lessons.
Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily and bed linen and towels are changed midway through the stay. Also if people need more towel changes they just leave their wet towels in the bath.

Arch room: 2 easy chairs, side board, 2 tables and extra chairs.
Terrace on top floor: sofa and 2 easy chairs with 2 coffee tables
Massage room: Massage table with sink.
There are two powder rooms, one is located on the ground floor and the second is on the second floor.
Dining room: Huge triple height room with wine side board and old stone sink. Three large tables with 22 large chairs. More
chairs we can add if there is a large party. Everything can be arranged as required.
Gym: Swiss balls, ab exerciser, weights etc. There are also water workout toys.
Pool: 25m x 5.5m outdoor pool. Gated and fenced. Gazebo area for shade plus large umbrella, sun loungers, outdoor shower and chimney.
The house has radiant heating, plus two wood burning stoves for ambiance.A/C in all bedrooms.
Linens, towels and pool towels provided. Although it is rarely hot enough to need air conditioning, this can be arranged for in the months of July and August. Please see extra charges below.

Spent a fantastic week here with my Daughter, I cycled and she had some brilliant coaching from Fiona. Highlights for me were 1) the coaching was brilliant, got my daughter totally motivated and prepared ahead of doing next year’s London Marathon, 2) the kindness and friendliness of the family that own the place and their lovely staff, and 3) free yoga every morning by the pool! Food is fixed menu each day, it’s simple, fresh and healthy which suited us perfectly. We also rented bikes, they have a couple of options and a variety of road, gravel and mtb, I chose the older carbon road option and the bike was really well maintained and light and quick up the hills and I absolutely loved it. Gareth provided an expert bike fit on arrival and advice and routes. If you’re into an active break and especially cycling in Girona area, this is an excellent base. We’ll be back.

Beautiful hotel with lovely large rooms, bike rental and storage, 25m pool and lovely run routes.
Set very near a quiet little town and 10min drive from a larger busier town for evenings out. There is also a beautiful lake to swim in which in September was lovely and warm.
Gareth and Fiona (hotel owners) provided Cycling guided rides between 40 and 100miles based on our needs, guided runs with coaching and pool swims with coaching if requested. Hotel pool is 25m lanes.
It was easier to describe types of workouts desired and the rides would be designed around our needs.
Local roads are perfect for cycling.
Hotel food is really nice and there wasn’t much desire to eat elsewhere, but when we did, there are nice restaurants in the town 10mins away.
Gareth and Fiona are both ex-high-level athletes and knowledgable about tri sports and Fiona runs Yoga sessions which we found really helpful to set up the day ahead.
Lovely, beautiful large rooms and they provide bike rental or storage with loads of space for bike boxes etc.
Would love to go back, and next time focus on more cycling.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Pyrenees. The setting is beautiful and the website doesn't really do the hotel justice, the building is very characterful and the pool is lovely.
We stayed in a family room which was spacious, with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was very good with various options, we only ate dinner at the hotel once but that was also very good.

A fantastic hotel set in amazing scenery, with so many family activities on offer. Location is perfect for cycling, swimming, hiking and trail runs. Banyoles and Besalú are great to visit with lots of excellent restaurants. Banyoles lake is stunning and can be reached by bike on quiet roads or trails. Fiona and Gareth go above and beyond to make sure the whole family have a brilliant stay. They are so helpful and share their experience and local knowledge. The hotel and garden suites are lovely. The morning yoga option and delicious breakfasts are a perfect way to start the day. The hotel provides the opportunity to be as active as you want, in a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
