Villa Pierrot is located just 5 Kilometers west of Théoule-sur-Mer. This private villa with pool, views and only a 3 minute walk to the beach, can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The villa is located in the Miramar section of Théoules-sur-Mer above the marina of \"la Figuerette\". The amazing walking trails of the Esterelle are located just behind the house. Guests can pick a new trail every day and head out straight from the villa!

Guests will enjoy the perfect location of this villa and its privacy and comfort in the heart of the French Riviera. It is easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Saint Tropez from Villa Pierrot. The villa itself is about 120 Square meters and is on a completely enclosed property of 1000 square meters.
You will never tire of the views as you lounge by the infinity pool or enjoy a meal with friends and family!

The main living area of Villa Pierrot is on the first French floor. On this floor you will find the living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, small stereo and comfortable furnishings. There is an indoor table with views of the sea next to the living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There is one en-suite bedroom with tub and handheld shower and one bedroom which is perfect for kids with bunk beds and two single beds.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor just off of the pool. There is a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and of course both bathrooms have a toilet. There is no direct access from the downstairs bedroom to the main living area. An outside staircase is taken to reach this area. This allows for complete privacy in the 3rd bedroom.
The pool area has lounge chairs and umbrellas and there is a dining table for all guests to use along with the Barbeque.
The pool is equipped with an alarm.

Dear Emmanuel, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Pierrot. Everything was absolutely perfect! The accommodations couldn't have been nicer. A beautiful view and everything we needed to make our week there relaxing and restful. The keyholder Isabelle and her husband made us feel so welcome and explained everything that we needed. They were lovely. We will certainly recommend this villa and your company to anyone interested in the same type of holiday.
