Villa Parikia 2 successfully combines cosmopolitan flair with ancient, island traditions. The villa is surrounded by its own secluded landscaped garden of half an acre, including a large infinity, swimming pool. The layout of the villa guarantees the privacy of guests and the interiors have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Attention to detail and hand-made Cycladic furniture ensure a unique and delightful experience. A welcome basket at the villa includes a bottle of white Paros wine and fresh fruit. At poolside there are two pergola-covered seating areas, umbrellas, and sun loungers. The pool is equipped with an ultra-modern chlorine-free water treatment; there is also a pool house with shower and WC. Private dining is offered within the villa\'s spacious living room or outside at the pergolas. Upon request (and for a fee), the mini bar can be stocked with your favorite drinks.
The staff includes: Two housekeepers, gardener, maintenance technician, bartender, and property manager.
Included in the price are:Internet access (inside and outside), and baby equipment. Upon request, at additional charge, are: washing and ironing, masseuse, meal plan, and stocked mini bar.

Villa Parikia 2 consists of two levels, each with its own entrance. The upper level features two double bedrooms with private sea view verandas and a shaded wooden pergola. Each bedroom offers individually controlled air-conditioning, and a Satellite TV. The two bathrooms are well equipped with bathrobes, slippers, beauty amenities, hairdryer, and make-up mirror. The bright, blue and white living area offers comfortable furniture, a single sofa bed, and a private terrace. There is a small kitchenette with basic items, including a dining table for four. The ground floor includes one double bedroom, two single sofa beds, a terrace with sea views, a fully-equipped traditional kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee machine), bathroom with all amenities, and a living area with Satellite TV, DVD, and CD players.
Paros is a popular destination (3rd only to Santorini and Mykonos) and is considered to be one of the most beautiful islands in the Cyclades. The island has many things to offer the visitor: Beautiful landscapes, golden sandy beaches with clear water, small traditional white villages with cubic houses, fishing harbors, churches, archaeological sites, and much more.

The host was fantastic. He provided recommendations, assisted us in arranging for a hire car (and a change to the return time), arranged for transportation and answered every request immediately. The large pool was kept in excellent condition and the daily cleaning service Inside and out, including the pool) was to the highest standard. I cannot the Villa more highly.

Our family of four (two adult kids) stayed at the villa for seven days.This was the best family vacation we had so far, and the huge role was played by the host and our accommodations at the villa.Very spacious, with separate levels for the adults and our kids, with STUNNING views, sparkling clean, very authentic, large pool and awesome pool area. Words can’t really describe how great the place was.We arrived to a huge platter of fresh fruits and a bottle of local wine (which we thoroughly enjoyed). But we also got a surprise treat on the last day (melting in your mouth local chocolate crack). The tips and the info about where to go and what to see were very appreciated.We had the most fantastic time at the villa and we thank the host and his team for that!

I would highly recommend this Villa.The villa and the outside area were furnished to a really high standard, the views were stunning and the position meant a super sunset each evening. There’s even a beautiful outside bar to make cocktails while the sun goes down!The inside is really well equipped, beds very comfortable etc.The service was also excellent - the maid even cleaned our bbq every morning and put out towels on our sun beds. And the staff left us nice fruit & wine on arrival, and delivered a chocolate cake during the week. If we had any questions they were really responsive.Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely everything has been thought about here, so comfortable and beautiful. Loved every aspect, however you will need a car here or a taxi company number. We were going to walk around area but decided the road was too narrow and didn\\\'t feel safe! The views are stunning and the rooms are perfect!

From the moment we arrived we were met by Akiz, the villa manager. He showed us around the stunning property inside & out. He said if we needed anything he would be there 24/7 to help & he did just that.
The location is perfect with stunning views of the Aegean sea & Parikia. The outside area with the pool, bar, seating areas combined with the view is exceptional.
The Villas are furnished to a very high standard with everything you need.
Pictures of the villa look amazing & that is why we booked but when you get there it looks even better in person.
