Only a short 20-minute drive from N. Kazantzakis airport, unwind at our exquisite 6-bedroom villa featuring a private beach and an amazing sea view. There is a lot in the neighbourhood to see and do. You can find all the necessities for an ideal stay there. Villa Paralia has two fully equipped kitchens with everything you could possibly need. In addition, we offer private chef services and extra catering (price and availability upon request).
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV and a fireplace. Huge sliding windows allow you to combine the living room with the pool area, resulting in a truly huge space that allows you to hold unforgettable parties against the backdrop of the Heraklion bay, admiring the lights of the night city on the other side of the bay in the evening, for those who like to get up early or suffer from jet lag, enjoy sunrise straight from the sea).
This Villa Paralia has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 people. In the first master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed and it's own bathroom with bathtub and access to the mini office. Master bedroom 1 has big balcony and breathtaking sea view. In the second master bedroom, there is also king-size bed, own bathroom with shower and big balcony. The highlight of this bedroom is luxury floor-standing bathtub next to curved wall made of glass with incredible sea view. The third bedroom contains a double bed, gorgeous sea view and balcony.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and private bathroom with shower and has a garden view. The fifth bedroom contains a king-size bed, has private bathroom with shower and private kitchen. Bedroom located on underground level in the bunker (no windows of course). There is a sixth brand new bedroom & two additional bathrooms with shower at the top and ground floor. There're you can also find a private gym and laundry room with washing and drying machines. Small trick: throw the clothes to be washed into a special laundry chute and it'll be landing straight to the laundry basket at underground laundry. Linen, towels are from an eco greek brand Coconut. Apivita and Zelots greek brands shampoo, shower gel and many more are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. However being on such a stunning location, within a 5 minutes drive from beaches with turquoise water and the best restaurants & bars, you will be torn where to spend your time. If you need some time to work or stay alone, there is a small office with sea view on the upper floor equipped with powerful MAC.
There are 7 bathrooms. All bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch toilets and bathtubs, gold-plated faucets and watering cans from the premium Grohe series. Each bathroom is unique and you can choose a room in the villa according to your bathroom preferences).
All our guests will receive a welcome basket with snacks, fresh fruit and the best local wine. Smoking is allowed only outside.
