St Tropez with it’s glamorous port, Cannes’s Croisette, and Antibes with the iconic Eden Roc are all just a short drive away. The Italian border and Monaco are a 45 minute drive.
Villa Mougins’ sprawling property boasts the largest residential pool in the South of France as well as a tennis court, lush gardens, beautiful courtyards and waterfalls, and views of the Mediterranean.

Cannes, the Croisset, and the beaches are only a 10 minute drive from Villa Rochelle. The picturesque Vieux Village (Old Town) of Mougins is a 10 minute walk up the hill. Nice and it’s international airport are 20 minutes by car. St Paul de Vence, Eze, Monte Carlo, Cap\' Antibes, and Saint Tropez as well as many other French Riviera staples are close by. The Italian border and San Remo are only a 45 min drive from Villa Rochelle

Peak season is May during Cannes Film Festival and Formula 1 in Monaco when prices are higher. High season is from June till September when temperatures average 30 degrees
