A large driveway and garden welcomes guests to the property, which is comprised of a main house with six complete suites, (including a fantastic master suite), two other guest houses with eight suites total, and a professional fitness/spa center with treatment room. Upon entering the main house, a double wooden door and a high ceiling offers a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and sea beyond. The main hall will lead you to a spacious living room with fireplace and a grand piano. Connected through large hallways you will find a formal dining room and a breakfast area. A fully-equipped, professional kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a cold chamber, is provided as well as a control/security room with en-suite staff bedroom. Also located in the main house is a television lounge and office area. Internet Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heated floors are found throughout the entire property.
From the pool area guests have direct access to the Playa Casablanca. A heated 28 meter swimming pool and beautiful manicured gardens surround the entire property. The spa and fitness center provides professional gym equipment, a Jacuzzi, and a spacious Turkish bath.
The villa also offers a Property Director who manages a team of four permanent staff (Concierge, Gardener, Maintenance and a Cleaning person) and will organize all extra services upon request, thus ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
On the ground floor of Main House, guests will enjoy a large living area, an entertainment room/media room, a large, formal dining room, a casual breakfast room, fully-equipped, professional kitchen (including stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, food processor, blender, microwave, juicer, toaster oven, coffee maker & grinder, table-top grill), and three luxurious suites with ensuite bathrooms. The first floor offers three more suites (with ensuite bathrooms), a furnished, covered terrace, and a fully equipped laundry room.
Guest House One has a four-car garage and one double suite on the ground floor. The upper floor offers five additional suites with ensuite bathrooms.
Guest House Two has two suites, a living room and a kitchen.
In the Swimming Pool House, guests will find the pool, lounge area and bar. Also the spa and fitness center, and a large wine cellar.
The Staff Cottage has two fully equipped studios.
