The house is an old Tuscan Borgo ,completely untouched ,with a view of the 10th century Castle of Lari (www.castellodilari.it )

It was a part of the borgo overlooking the valley with a large garden ,terrace on three levels ,bushes of roses and and century-old olive groves .

Ground Floor :

Entrance.

Biblioteque /TV room with LCD Satellite TV .A/C.

Kitchen with all necessary appliances with two ovens ,pizza oven ,Steam oven ,refrigerator ,ice machine ,grill.

Breakfast room with access to the terrace with two doors.

Dining room with table up to 12 pax with access on the terrace.

Living room with fireplace A/C.

LARGE TV –cinema with surround sound.

Laundry room with washer and dryer .

LIFT to the first Floor.

FIRST Floor :

Bedroom # 1:Master bedroom with kingsize bed .En suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. A/C

Bedroom # 2:Master bedroom with kingsize canopy bed .Bathroom with tub and shower .A/C

Bedroom # 3:Single bedroom with French bed .En suite bathroom (small ) with shower . Fan

Second Floor :

Bedroom #4: Queen size Canopy bedroom (Kid room) A/C

Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and hairdryer.

STAFF :

A gardner for mainteinance of the pool and the garden.

One person of staff working 8 hours per day,from 9 am to 2pm am and from 6pm to 9 pm.

from Mon to Sat ,except on Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm.

He brings fresh bread and newspaper everyday .

Sunday is day off.

Preparation of the breakfast is included. Food is charged to client.

Preparation of a simple cold lunch included .Food is charded to client .

Preparation of dinner . Food is extra.

Personal washing is not included.

A professional person comes twice per week ,on tues and thurs for personal washing and ironing at euro 10 per hour.

Change of linens and towels once per week.

Utilities are included except electricity, payable on usage .

SECOND FLOOR (INDEPENDENT : STAFF QUARTER)

Garden :Two large terraces.

Terrace 1 :2 tableS for 8 people each for dining al fresco .Sitting cover area

.Terrace two :sitting area .From the two terrace you can reach the garden .

Large garden with a view on the Castle .

Swimming pool 5 metres x 11 .with long chairs and sun beds .

Putting green for golf lovers with 9 holes.

FACILITIES :

Washer , dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, haidryer, refrigerator ,ice machine ,air conditioned ,telephone , WiFi connection .

INCLUSION :

Water ,gas are included in the price.

Telephone is extra , Electricity is included up KW 250 ,then it will be charged to the client at euro 0.60 per metres .
