This lovely villa set in the Pisa countryside was built for a noble family from Pisa as their summer residence in the 19th century. It has a great location on top of the hills in the vicinity of several medieval towns such as Cevoli, which is adjacent to the villa and Lari with its magnificent castle. There is an open view from the villa to the towns and country below. The house has been completely restored to offer modern comfort and convenience while preserving all the charm of an old noble residence. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with many period antiques, elegant fabrics, warm and sunny colors, and great attention to detail which adds elegance to each room. A cook is available to prepare delicious dinners and breakfasts in the large traditional country kitchen (see price details). The large terrace and garden are enhanced by a pool, with a covered patio for outside dining. A pool house with bath and shower adds comfort for the guests. Views from the property are spectacular and guests will enjoy the close proximity to all conveniences and activities.

The magnificent villa on the outskirts of the charming small town of Cevoli in Tuscany, near Pisa, overlooks lush rolling hills topped with medieval towns. The house is beautifully decorated. We were a large family group and there was plenty of room, several eating and entertaining spaces, and the children enjoyed the pool. Letizia kindly arranged local chefs to cook typical Tuscan food, which we loved. We enjoyed exploring the local stores in little Cevoli, walking to Lari (about 30-40 mins each way), as well as driving to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, and Firenze, with so many other beautiful places nearby that we wished we had time to see. It left us wanting more so we\'ll surely be back. Thank you for your prompt communication and expert local advice too. It certainly helped us all have a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The villa was unquestionably very, very positive. It not only met our expectations--it exceeded them. We selected the villa as a site to celebrate my 50th birthday. We found the villa and its surroundings (including the pool area) to be impeccably kept, and private. The location was ideal, and we love the views, especially from across the pool towards Lari. Distances to neighboring towns such as San Gimignano were largely accurate. The owner was a great help! She gave us lot of tips and good suggestion. Thank you !!!
