In the exclusive gated community of Leeward Settlement, there's a private, opulent villa called Casa Joya, situated on the canal! The Villa is ideal for big parties, family get-togethers, weddings, and special occasions and gives visitors the impression of a small, boutique resort. The Villa has seven bedrooms, a fitness centre, a large commercial kitchen and a full bar. There are two fire pits, a pool, a hot tub, and lots of outdoor seating to take in the canal view in the outdoor living area!
The Main House features two master bedrooms with amazing soaker tubs and walk-in closets, a full bar, a large screen TV and a state-of-the-art sound system. Around the pool are five more bedrooms, each with a 49-inch TV, brand-new air conditioning units, Amazon Alexas, and private key access. There is free WiFi available all over the property. With the VoIP phones in every room and the bar area, you can have unlimited phone service in the USA and Canada. You can also make internal calls to all of the rooms and main Villa phones using this system.
This is the perfect location for small weddings, private parties and exclusive retreats in an unrivalled tropical setting thanks to the commercial kitchen and bar.
A 6-burner gas range, two ovens, a deep fryer, a commercial refrigerator and a 4-drawer freezer are all present in the kitchen. A wide range of spices, utensils, cookware, and dishes are readily available in the kitchen, making it simple to prepare delicious meals!
The Casa Joya Bar features a larger refrigerator with three glass doors and excellent ice maker. A keg of Turks Head Brewery beer, the only locally brewed beer on the island, is also included as part of our warm welcome to the island. On request, additional kegs can be supplied for an additional $70 USD each.
Every suite has an in-room wireless access point for lightning-fast Internet, Amazon Alexa, and an in-suite VoIP phone with unlimited calling to the USA and Canada.
The villa is short drive to a variety of popular restaurants, services, and local attractions. We are less than 10minutes to Grace Bay Beach which is repeatedly ranked as one of the top 10 beaches in the world.
