Villa Itria, with its private swimming pool, is set in the heart of the Valle d`Itria which is a beautiful rural and tranquil area between the wonders of Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie, and also within 18 km from the sandy shores of Ostuni.
Originally created as a retreat in the era of the brigandage, Villa Itria is today a lovely place offering a cozy and tranquil atmosphere, completely removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Villa Itria ensures peace, privacy and well-being, and offers images that remind guests of the rural tradition in Puglia. A fantastic and exciting panoramic view of the endless land will accompany during the stay, softened by the coolness of the countryside and also by the trulli (cylindrical one-room structures with thick stone walls. Because of the thickness, air-conditioning is not necessary).
The outdoor areas are well equipped and provide maximum relaxation: the swimming pool area is equipped with a gazebo, deck, porches and verandas and there is a table for 14 guests.

Villa Itria is composed of three independent units but fundamentally suited to host a unique group: a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths can accommodate up to 12 people .
Ulivo: consists of 4 cones. Comprising a double bedroom, an alcove with the option to include a double bed or two single beds, a dining room with kitchenette, bathroom, living room with fireplace and another smaller alcove with possible extra bed, double or single (sleeps 2+4 ).
Mandorlo: 3 room unit, composed of 1 cone, and a lamia. Comprising two double bedrooms, a bathroom and dining room with kitchen (sleeps 4).
Ciliegio: one room with vaulted ceiling, comprising a bathroom, kitchenette and double bed (sleeps 2).
Villa Itria is ideal for a large party or group of families wanting to spend time together in a typical countryside house in the Puglia region. This is a region with many tourist attractions. It is within a few km from the urban attractions, with its famous gastronomic tradition and the beauty of the villages and the medieval streets, and close to the wild beaches of Ostuni and Torre Guaceto.
Near the pool is a terrace with outdoor dining, bbq and summer kitchen. There is also a 4th shower near the pool area.
