We had the most incredible stay at Villa Horizon. The house was simply incredible - very comfortable and beautifully decorated. All of the rooms were stocked with essentials and every room has a beautiful porch/view. The bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of closet space. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperate was easy to regulate at night with AC. But the real star of our stay at Villa Horizon was the staff - they were all truly exceptional. Everything we asked for was ready for us when we arrived and anything we needed during our stay was handled quickly and with ease. The food was delicious, every single meal. The pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature and the house was always very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and never in the way. We liked staying in Soliman Bay because it was very safe, far away from the tourists on Tulum beach and very private. But a short enough cab ride to town or the beach strip. Our hosts before arrival and after arrival were also wonderful. I never had any trouble reaching anyone and planning this vacation with their assistance was enjoyable and easy. I cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was! We will absolutely book you again and stay at Villa Horizon again.

Staff was incredible. The property manager was organized, responsive, and easy to work with. The house staff were friendly and attentive. The villa was incredible and perfect for our week in Tulum.

It was an amazing trip for my family! From the booking experience, the details upon arrival, the extraordinary cooks and cleaning staff, concierge always being available to our needs and the beautiful home- wouldnt change anything. Highly recommend swimming shoes as this is a Bay with coral reefs and can be rocky. Thankful to all for their above and beyond service, ( Luna, Daniel, Hugo, Victor, Zoemy etc. ) Happy New Year!
