Villa Hirondelle, an elegant historic residence set in terraced gardens with breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno, is reminiscent of a fairytale. The Villa is nestled in a stunning park, resembling a swallow's nest suspended over a breathtaking overhang. It offers high standards of confidentiality and privacy.
The property covers approximately 850 square metres, including terraces and balconies, and is surrounded by a 25,000 square metre park with soothing paths among the trees, of which only 10,000 square metres belong to the structure.
The external and internal environments of Villa Hirondelle embody the essence of a pleasant stay marked by high levels of quality, elegance, and luxury. The Villa's interiors have been meticulously restored while adhering to historical and architectural standards. 

The internal rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, allow you to enjoy the Villa even for extended stays, for friends and families, with 6 units including suites, junior-suites, and deluxe rooms, for a total of 6 beds. The Villa boasts well-maintained rooms with antique ceramic or mosaic floors, fine furniture, and valuable artwork throughout. All rooms have bathrooms with a large bathtub, shower, and chromotherapy. One of the two suites also includes a Jacuzzi set in the rock. The rooms offer stunning views from their panoramic terraces and verandas, and include a mini-bar.

The six units, which include deluxe rooms, junior suites, and suites, all have superb direct panoramic views of the sea, the Gulf of Salerno, and the Amalfi Coast below, with the exception of one, and are distributed and have the characteristics listed below. They are all outfitted with the most recent large TV screens, mini-bars, valuable works of art and paintings, Murano glass chandeliers and wall sconces (Venice), safes, chromotherapy showers and amenities, bathroom and courtesy sets and five-star hotel accessories.
The zero floor, also known as the entrance floor, houses reception, lounges, bars, and services. It also houses the study of American writer and screenwriter Gore V, which is not accessible to guests and must be accessed through a guided tour. The Villa will be rearranged during your stay.
 

The Master two Suites are located on level -1 (floor one).
The first, larger (approximately 80 sq. mt.), includes a living room, bedroom, and small panoramic veranda with mosaic floors. The living room features a beautifully crafted built-in wardrobe, comfortable sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, a writing desk/make-up vanity with chairs, lamps, and a large TV screen. The bedroom features a fireplace, a king-size canopy double bed with a leather headboard, bedside tables, chests of drawers, lamps, and a large TV screen. The bathroom has a window and balcony with an independent exit. It includes a sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub and separate shower cubicle.

The second floor (approximately 80 sq. mt.) includes a bedroom and a spacious veranda with mosaic floors. The veranda features a Jacuzzi tub, armchairs, tables, and a small toilet with mirror. It has a direct view of the panoramic terrace. The bedroom features a king-size double bed with a leather headboard, bedside tables, a beautifully crafted built-in wardrobe, lamps, a large TV screen, and a desk. The spacious bathroom features an internal window and a vaulted ceiling. It includes two washbasins, a toilet and a bidet. The shower area is divided into two separate areas. There is an independent studio-suite of about 80 sq. mt. on level 2 (floor two) with external access. It consists of a small living room and bedroom with fine mosaic floors. The living room features a beautifully crafted walk-in closet, comfortable sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, a writing desk/make-up vanity with chairs and lamps. The bedroom features a double bed with a leather headboard, bedside tables, chests of drawers, lamps, and a large television screen. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bidet and a shower cubicle.

On level + 1 (floor +one), there is one Junior Suite and one Superior Room. It has antique floors made of precious Vietri ceramics and a fireplace. The room features a king-size canopied double bed with a leather headboard, bedside tables, chests of drawers, lamps, a large TV screen, a built-in wardrobe, sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a writing desk/make-up toilet with seats. The bathroom with a window includes a sink, toilet, bidet and a spacious shower cubicle.
The second room is approximately 27 square metres and can be accessed directly from the panoramic terrace. It features a king-size double bed, large TV screen, and wardrobe. The bathroom with a window includes a sink, toilet and bidet, as well as a large shower cubicle.

The Deluxe room on level + 2 (floor +two) features a panoramic terrace adjacent to the bathroom. It has two large arched windows, one overlooking the park and the other providing a panoramic view of the sea. The room features a king-size double bed, a large TV screen, a well-designed wardrobe, and comfortable sofas. The bathroom features a panoramic rose window above the double single-block marble washbasin, providing a stunning view of the sea. It includes side mirrors, a toilet, and a bidet, as well as a spacious shower cubicle.
 

The plans outline both the indoor and outdoor spaces available to guests. The property reserves the right to restrict access to both internal and external spaces.
