Villa Grande Plage is located in the center of Biarritz only 500 meters away from La Grande Plage. Guests will enjoy being close to everything that Biarritz has to offer. Villa Grande was built in 1960 by an architect creating spacious and comfortable living areas. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The heated pool was completely renovated in 2015 and is protected by a roll back cover.
Villa Grande Plage is about 250m2 and is laid out on two levels.

The living room and the main bedroom surround the pool and both have direct access to the pool and the terrace. There are large bay windows which make the rooms bright and lovely. There are blinds when you would like to keep the sun out.
On the ground floor there is an entrance, laundry room and a large studio with its own kitchenette, shower and double bed. The studio also has access to the pool.
On the 1st floor is a large living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.
The matrimonial suite has a king size bed, shower and dressing area. The other bedroom on this level has two single beds, closets and a bathroom with tub.
Outside you can enjoy the pool around the terrace where there is an outdoor living/dining area. Guests can enjoy meals cooked on the traditional Plancha.
There is parking in the garage for a car.
The final cleaning is included in this rental.
