Villa Galleria occupies one of the most sought after locations on the banks of Tremezzine, allowing guests to slip into the splendid lifestyle that is synonomous with Lake Como. Your experience at the villa begins the moment you step out of the airport or station. Your private chauffeur will be there to meet you and so the seamless service begins.
This is a fully-staffed villa (Manager, Private chef, Housekeeper, Security) hosting up to 20 guests. The estate features a private park, a heated all-season pool, gym, tennis court, soccer field, and staff accommodation. Built with grandeur in 1901 by an American Admiral, the villa was completely reconstructed in 2005 and sleekly refurbished in 2019. As the name suggests, Villa Galleria is a place infused with happiness and world-class art work.
Today the villa is known as a \'gallery of design\' on the lake. The interior designer\'s creative style, which they term \"everygreen\", features American and Italian works from the 1950\'s to 2000. Furniture includes pieces by Cassina, Vitra, and Moroso, many were made in Brianza, the design district between Lake Como and Milan. Artworks include significant sculptures as well.
The main house has nine double bedrooms all flooded with sunlight, with two or three large windows overlooking the lake and gardens. Rooms are set over four floors, all accessible with a private lift. There is also a garden cottage for two guests. There is a guardian cottage with three double rooms, hosting the resident staff, with space for guests\' staff as well.
Villa Galleria\'s gardens are rich and mature, with azalias flourishing in Lake Como’s famously temperate climate. In addition, guests will marvel at the ginkgo trees, red acacia, a bamboo forest, and an olive grove from which the family presses their own oil. The kitchen gardens have an abundance of fresh produce that will make its way to the dining table; courgettes and tomatoes, salad leaves, fragrant rosemary, basil and sage. In late summer you have sweet grapes, in autumn apples, and cherries ripen after spring.

GARDEN FLOOR: 100 sqm fully-equipped kitchen, large corridor to the pool with direct access to the garden, al-fresco breakfast terrace outside the kitchen, al-fresco dining under the pergola, 2 dining rooms, gym, indoor pool, changing room next to the fitness area equipped with hair dryer, towels, and shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Entrance hall, 250 sqm terrace equipped with sofas, garden chairs and tables, 1 open living room with direct access onto terrace, Satellite TV, Hi-Fi, a second living room with library and Hi-fi with access onto terrace, a studio. Wooden floor and wall pannelling throughout.
SECOND FLOOR: 1 suite with twin/double bedroom (the option to add 1 single bed) with private terrace, lake and garden view, ensuite bathroom with large shower. Two double bedrooms sharing one large bathroom with double shower, one double bedroom room, garden view, with private bathroom.

Carrara Perfect-white marble bathroom with 2x2m shower. 1 double bedroom with 2 large windows, with a balcony overlooking the lake walk-in closet, spacious brown and white Brazilian marble bathroom with 2x2m shower.
