An aristocratic family's 1866 mansion, Villa Fleur has undergone extensive restoration and renovation to become a distinguished and enchanting home. Strategically located at Capo di Sorrento Villa Fleur offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples, Mount Vesuvius as well as Ischia and Procida Islands. The gardens, which are surrounded by two acres of land, are ideal for a relaxing vacation in total peace and quiet.
Accommodation:
9 rooms that can accommodate up to 18 adults, plus sofa beds if needed. 26 people can sleep in total (8 guests at an additional cost on request). The main Villa Fleur comprises 6 apartments, each with 9 bedrooms.

Services at additional costs:
- Extra sofa beds: 65€ euro per person per night (include a breakfast)

Additional linen and towel change 24€ per room/bathroom for both linen and towels, 12€ for linen per room (excluding duvet cover) and 12€ per bathroom for towels this additional service must be paid cash at the check out laundry at 20€ each (used only by villa staff).

City Tax:
Since 1 April 2012 all guests of age 14, and above, are required to pay a tourist tax of €3 per person per day (price could be updated by the town hall). The property is ENTIRELY NON SMOKING. Smoking is permitted only in the garden.
Any one violation will be fined immediate at 500€.
1 - The estate can accommodate 9 bedrooms in the main building (plus sofa bed on extra charge base).
2 - Passports of each guest must be shown on the arrival for the registration at the authority office .
3 - In case of a larger number of guests, the owner could ask them to leave the house, if he find it necessary.
