The 400 sqm (4305 sqft) villa consists of two levels and can accommodate up to 10/11 people, in six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the double bedrooms can be fitted as twins.
GROUND FLOOR: (250 sqm) Accessed through a French door is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster), a large dining room with table for 10 people, a spacious hall with sitting area, the main living room opening towards the garden with fireplace and sofas, and second living area. The dining room and all the three living rooms offer beautiful views of the countryside. On the same floor there are also a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: (150 sqm) On this floor there are five spacious, double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Suite 1 - One double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom sharing a nice bathroom with shower.
Suite 2 - One double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom sharing a nice bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bathtub.

DISTANCES: 35 minutes (28km) from Florence and 45 minutes (38km) from Siena. Within the radius of a few miles, you can find Etruscan tombs, medieval cities, 14th-century castles, and Baroque churches. Or you can just relax at home and enjoy the beautiful view! Florence can be reached also by train from Certaldo train station. By leaving your car there, you can avoid the traffic problems.
