Villa Cornino is a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa just a few meters from the beach of Cornino, a well-known seaside resort situated below Monte Cofano, and between the towns of Erice and San Vito Lo Capo. This peaceful, sunny property is surrounded on three sides by a well-kept garden and spacious terraces with dining areas ideal for outdoor living. The villa has a friendly, welcoming floor plan and is tastefully furnished in a pleasant mixture of styles and with all modern conveniences. The rooms include a living room with fireplace and a study in a mezzanine, a kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower floor, with an independent entrance, contains a bedroom with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Villa Cornino is ideal for a holiday by the sea, for walks, and for excursions by boat or in the nearby Monte Cofano nature reserve. Locally, there are plenty of interesting places to visit, including the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the beautiful beach of San Vito lo Capo, the Egadi Islands offshore, medieval Erice, the historic center of Trapani, the salt pans of Marsala, and the temple of Segesta.

Please note that from September 29, 2019 to May 25, 2020 the villa can be booked only up to 6 people (without the Lower Floor).

The villa is almost 1080 sq. feet and consists of three floors. On the ground floor is a comfortable living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with shower. The first floor, or loft area, has a study with a comfortable double sofa bed. The lower floor (accessed from outside) offers a studio room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. The outside area offers a porch, furnished terraces, garden with lounge chairs, external kitchen, shower, barbecue, and private parking.

Trapani is the pride of Sicily’s west coast. In the last few years it has been restored to its original, architectural splendor. Traffic is not allowed in the majority of its tiny streets, alleys, and squares and as a result, the old town center has been re-energized.
