Villa Charmante is a charming beachfront family house with wonderful views of the sea. It is located on the Escalet beach with direct access to the sea at the bottom of the pretty garden. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There is a beach facing terrace that is furnished with loungers and outdoor furniture ideal for relaxing to the sound of the ever present sea. The property also has ample parking space for two cars at the front of the house. Amenities include Internet access, air-conditioning in the double bedroom of the garden level and TV room, paddle fans in the two bedroom of the first floor, outdoor shower, satellite TV, trampoline with net for children and gas barbecue.

Ground Floor Entrance hall with bench. The living room, open plan with dining room and kitchen, is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and chic lounger set around the fireplace, a large French window overlook the garden and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped.

First Floor Stairs leading to two bedrooms: One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with paddle fans. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub, shower attachment and WC.
Lower Floor Two bedrooms on the garden level: a double (160 cm bed) and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The double bedroom has AC unit, en suite shower, large basin and toilet. The bedrooms are separated by a TV room with AC. There is a separate shower and separate toilet on this floor.

Maid service of 3 hours, twice a week included. Extra hours available on request and paid locally.
