Villa Catalina is located in a Resort on the south-eastern shore of the Dominican Republic. It is a luxurious 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community, offering world-class golf courses including world class Golf Courses. It also has a polo and equestrian centre, skeet shooting center, tennis center, spa & wellness center, beaches, restaurants, an artist village, and a Marina.
You will have access to all these facilities with a daily resort fee of $25 per person/night (ages 12 and over), $12 per person/night (ages 4-12). Children under 4 years old do not require to pay a resort fee.
You will have the exclusive use of Villa Catalina and complete privacy.

Spanning an impressive nine thousand five hundred square meters, Villa Catalina is one of the most private and expansive properties in the Resort.
The villa itself covers over one thousand five hundred square meters, making it perfect for large family gatherings. The bedroom pavilions include two master suites, four guest suites, and a large children's bedroom with bunk beds, twin beds, and a small living area where children can enjoy board and video games. The villa also features high ceilings, spacious living and dining areas, and a state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with a first-class chef and staff. The property offers a private beach, a gym with pilates equipment, a ping pong table, a pickleball court, and a volleyball net for guests' enjoyment.
