Villa Cape Canaille has a sun lounge on the roof, many terraces, and secured and heated swimming pool. The panoramic seascape is breathtaking.
The village of Cassis is nearby, with its year-round animation, but the Quartier des Crêtes is calm and peaceful. Only 15 minutes away by foot is the picturesque and charming port, full of life, with restaurants, cafes, elegant boutiques, a casino, discos and a sand beach, where you can dine or drink an apéritif on the waterfront, or hire a boat to explore the world-famous calanques which are like fingers of the sea that reach inland.
A sculpted metal door opens onto a patio with jars. A basin with fountains brings life to this area which gives access to the house via the doors under the arcades.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas and electric stove, electric oven, steam oven, microwave oven, American style fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. This area opens onto a large space, bathed in light, where the living room and the dining room are located. This living area faces south beyond bay windows that seem to replace the walls, and extends via a terrace creating the effect of a being on a boat, facing the sea and overlooking the garden.
Located between the salon and the dining room is an interior stairway which leads to a guest powder room and to 5 large bedrooms and to the children’s bedroom situated at garden level, of which 4 have independent access via their private terraces.
Of course the pool area will be the center of activity. Around the pool are lounge chairs and there is an outdoor kitchen which is fully equipped for meals pool side. There is also an outdoor shower and bathroom for your convenience. Enjoy a game of petanque, the national sport of souther France on the villa\'s own petanque court.
