At one time a small Benedectine Abbey, Villa Benedictine is an Umbria villa rental ready to share its history with you! This splendid ancient building, partially dating back XVI century, is set in a sensational setting which embraces Perugia and Assisi in Italy\'s magnificent Umbria. Villa Benedictine has been carefully restored bringing out its original charm. Perfect for groups of up to 18 guests, Villa Benedictine has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. During the summer the property is totally surrounded with expanses of sunflowers. You will never tire of the beautiful scenery that this part of the country has to offer. Large family gatherings are possible because the property has separate cottages where some will stay. All will enjoy the outdoor dining and barbeque near the pool area.
Villa Benedictine is located directly between Florence and Rome so it is the perfect spot to discover much of central Italy!
The main villa has a living room which is comfortably furnished. Off of the living room is a patio under arches for dining al fresco. The kitchen is totally equipped with double fridge, double oven, 5 ring stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Upstairs you will find a living room with TV. On the first floor is one large bedroom which can sleep up to 4 people with one en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with en suite baths. The two separate cottages are completely made of stone which allows for cool rooms in the summer. Each has a living room with 2 single sofa beds and a table. There is a bedroom which is separated from the living area by a curtain. There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped and a bathroom with shower in each. This arrangement might be nice for 3 families or families with children of different ages.
