Description
Villa Andromeda is situated on one-acre of land in Costa Ilios. It overlooks the Island of Delos, has six bedrooms and sleeps 12 people (including the studio). The villa offers easy access to the close-by beach of Agois Ioannis. This is one long beach with the south end named Agios Ioannis and another part named Myloi after the old windmills that are found there. The villa has many terraces that have stunning views of the sea and its colorful sunsets. This very large property consists of two sections: the main house (approx. 350 sq.m) and the guest house (270 sq.m). Both are furnished in tasteful Greek style with lots of space, making it the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. There is a large outdoor terrace with a pool, an outdoor dining area, and a shaded outdoor seating area for relaxing with a book, drinks, or with friends.
A two week minimum stay is preferred during High Season but a one week stay may be possible upon request.
Villa Andromeda consists of two sections: a main house and a guesthouse. The main house is comprised of three levels. The ground or main floor with open plan kitchen that has a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. A large living room with TV, CD player, and two comfortable sofas opens to a spacious veranda outside. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms that both have an en suite bathroom and share a shaded veranda/balcony. One bedroom has a Queen bed with air-conditioning (the only room with air-conditioning) and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second floor has two bedrooms also. Both of these bedrooms have a Queen bed and share a bathroom as well as a shaded veranda.
The studio/guest house has a separate entrance and kitchenette. There is also a bedroom with a Queen bed as well as an adjoining second bedroom with 2 twin beds, sharing one bathroom. The large outdoor terrace features a bean-shape swimming pool, a Camares (a Greek pool house), and a dining area. A mid-week maid service is included with the villa. An in-House Chef, Concierge Service, and additional maid service are available for an extra charge (please arrange at time of booking).
