This spectacular villa is located in one of the most beautiful settings on the Peloponnese, near the charming town of Pylos and the spectacular Bay of Navarino. Villa Alexa provides the ideal hideaway for golf, relaxation and natural beauty. An idyllic one-acre property with expansive sea views, the property offers plenty of shaded garden areas filled with flowers and herbs, and a grove of 250 olive trees. This luxury villa impresses with its hidden location, uninterrupted views over the Ionian Sea and the bay of Navarino, and the proximity to the golf courses of Costa Navarino.

The innovative round design of Villa Alexa blends in harmoniously with its natural surroundings. The choice of colors, the privacy afforded by each room, and the selection of comfortable furniture ensures a pleasantly warm and cheerful atmosphere. As soon as you get out of bed in the morning, your infinity pool, next to your bedroom, offers itself for a refreshing dip. In the evening guests can enjoy relaxing in the Jacuzzi and then a traditional Greek dinner outside around the cozy fireplace. Our professional chef and serving assistance are available upon request for a day or for the week. All dietary food restrictions can be accommodated for.

From November through February it is possible to stay only 3 nights. All other weeks outside of high season which is June 16 - August 31, 5 nights stay is possible. Please inquire for prices. During high season rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are possible any day of the week during all other periods.

The Dunes Course, 3 km from our Villa.
It is the first signature-designed golf course in Greece. Open since May 2010, the impressive seaside Dunes Course is the first signature golf course in Greece, designed by two-time US Masters Champion and former Ryder Cup Captain Bernhard Langer in association with European Golf Design. This championship course, set in a diverse natural landscape beside The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, offers spectacular sea and river views and incorporates some links-style features in areas closest to the sea. Parts of the course venture into olive and fruit groves, while some holes run along a small river – the Sellas – which meanders through the site. Combined with large undulating greens, wide fairways and steep-faced pot bunkers, the links element of the course adds to its unique style and playability.

Open since October 2011, the 18-hole, 71 par seaside Bay Course at Navarino Bay, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, provides both a fun experience and a challenging test for golfers of all levels. Just a few minutes from Navarino Dunes, at the Navarino Bay development, the Bay Course offers an alternative set of challenges and choices in a quite different setting.

We had been to this area of the Southern Pelleponesse before and were delighted to find this house. As usual there was some worry about whether our assessment of the property would be accurate. Well this place completely exceeded our expectations! The villa is an architectural masterpiece sited on a hill overlooking the sea and mountains, and completely surrounded by an olive orchard. Every detail of the house was perfect and it was set up almost like a hotel with a large service area in the basement with a second (commercial) kitchen and every possible support function. We paid for the magnificent pool to be heated and were in it everyday.The patio is huge and a great place to read or eat or just look at the amazing view.. Nearby are countless famous archeological sites and plenty of good restaurants. Nearby you can sail or dive in the Ionian Sea. And to top it all off there is Stella who manages the property expertly and tenderly. You will not find on a better property.

This house is simply stunning - luxurious but understated, modern but perfectly in tune with it’s surroundings with everything that you might possibly need. There are four large beautiful en-suite bedrooms with a stunning open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area all opening onto the pool, plus there’s extra accommodation for staff downstairs too. I arrived exhausted but within two days I felt rested, relaxed and rejuvenated - retreat is the right word. The house is very privately situated down a lane set amongst an olive grove with lots of Mediterranean planting close to the house - the scent of herbs and jasmine fills the air. It is the sort of place that you really do not need to leave but there is lots to see and do locally : stunning beaches, pretty towns, ancient ruins and Venetian castles all within half an hour. The whole area is unspoilt and tourism low key. Stella the house manager is available at all times if you need her. I loved it so much that we’re going back next year .....
