There are three categories of three bedroom apartments, differing only in the size of the apartment. Each three bedroom is decorated to the same high standard. The standard apartment is the smallest of the three sizes.
The three bedroom Standards apartments are about 1051sqft, some with west facing balconies off the bedrooms. They can
accommodate between 5 - 6 persons (if sofa bed in living room is used for 6th guest). There are two bedrooms with either king or twin beds and one bedroom with single bed only. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share one private bathroom located off the hallway (opposite the bedrooms). All three and four bedroom apartments are on split
levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property, overlooking fashionable Beauchamp Place. All three and four bedroom apartments have a separate living room and a separate dining room, which can be also used as a meeting room, a
fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment type is partial
air-conditioned (bedrooms only).
