Thalassa Estate is a small complex of three holiday villas located in the resort village of Pefki on the eastern shores of the island of Rhodes. From the estate, it’s just a short walk to the beach, or to the shops and restaurants in Pefki. The villas are newly constructed and stylishly furnished to high standards. All of the villas have wide terraces surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden planted with orange, olive, and almond trees. In addition, there is a shared swimming pool in the central courtyard furnished with deck chairs, tables, and sun umbrellas.
Two of the three villas have two bedrooms and bathrooms each. The third villa has four bedrooms and bathrooms, two living rooms and two separate kitchens. This villa can be converted into two independent units, each with its own living room and kitchen, by closing an internal double door. This is an ideal solution for two families who wish to vacation together, but also want privacy!
Prices include: utilities, twice weekly housekeeping service and linen change, final cleaning

All living rooms are furnished with a double sofa bed.
Aktio is chic, stylish and uses contemporary décor. The two living rooms are comfortably furnished and include a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioner. The two kitchens and dining areas are open to the living room. The kitchens are fully equipped for all of your cooking needs including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware are provided. Adjacent to the kitchens are laundry rooms equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box. If you require a catering service, there is an internal phone line to the nearby "Little House" restaurant, one of the best for traditional Greek cuisine in the region.
An open staircase leads to the bedrooms on the second level. On this level, the rooms have wide terraces overlooking the central courtyard, pool, with views to the sea. Aktio has four bedrooms; two with double beds and the other two with two twin beds. Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. The bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice each week, and additional bed sheets and duvet covers are provided for you to change as often as you wish. Aktio has tiled bathrooms on each floor.
Thalassa Estate is situated at Pefki near the town of Lindos; an ideal location in the middle of the east coast of Rhodes with easy access to both the north and the south ends of the island. The estate is only a quarter of a mile from Plakias Beach and the golden sand of Li Beach in Pefki.
With its medieval alleys, ancient monuments, and historic buildings, Lindos is considered by many to be the most beautiful village on Rhodes. The castle in Lindos, dramatically built on top of a steep cliff overlooking the village, is the most prominent landmark. On closer inspection, these historic sites tell of an age of prosperity, when Lindos was one of the leading shipping ports in the ancient world. Lindos is also a place of incredible scenic beauty where spectacular cliffs tower over picturesque sandy coves.
To the south, beyond the neighboring village of Lardos, is the beautiful south coast of Rhodes. Here you’ll find numberous beaches and coves with crystal-clear water. Many of these, particularly at the far south, remain quiet and serene even at the peak of tourist season. To the north you’ll find popular beaches such as Vliha, Kalathos, Agathi, Stegna, Tsambika, and Afandou and the large tourist resorts near Rhodes Town.
