Sea-turtle Villa has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10 guests, plus 2 more guests with the sofa bed (at an extra charge). Overlooking sublime views of Peter Bay and beyond, Sea-turtle Villa is one of the most luxuriously-detailed homes we offer, set within lush landscaping replete with bananas, lime, papayas, citrus, coconut palms, and a soothing garden waterfall. A grand courtyard entrance welcomes you to the villa, and hints at the magnificence within. Sea-turtle Villa\'s grand scale, superb tropical landscaping and views, constant cool breezes, fine detailing, custom cypress furnishings and shutters, and so many more deluxe custom features are sure to delight even the most particular. The villa is also located in the desired area of Peter Bay, has an outdoor shower, pool, PC computer with DSL line + Wi-Fi, and A/C in all five bedrooms plus in the library/den.
Prices listed are based on 7-10 people occupancy. Rates can vary for fewer or more people (more with use of gatehouse sofa beds). For Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years full villa price will be charged for these Holidays based on 1-12 people. During Christmas and New Years a 10-night minimum rental is required. All taxes and fees are included.
The main villa at Seaturtle Villa is an architectural masterpiece of polished coral-stone floors, carved coral pillars and dramatic archways set against an artistic counterpoint of native blue-bit stone walls inlaid with seashells from around the world. On the main level, the spacious Great Room\'s high ceilings, custom hand carved cypress furniture, and sink-into sofas share space with dining areas and a wonderful custom kitchen superbly outfitted with a chef\'s gas cook top, double ovens, Caphalon cookware and a generous collection of tableware. French doors open out to Sea-turtle Villa\'s upper terrace that overlooks enchanting blue ocean views. Adjoining the Great Room is the air-conditioned media room and library adorned with beautifully handcrafted woodwork, a large-screen TV, music, movies, books and a wet bar. The air-conditioned king master suite adjoins, with a separate office complete with an internet-ready computer and a fax machine. A fabulous his-and-hers master bathroom/dressing room completes this lavish suite. Stairs lead to the villas lower level and to its second living area equipped with a large-screen TV, wet bar and mini-fridge; this area opens directly out to a covered terrace bordered by the heated pool, whimsically inlaid with tile turtles. The second and third air-conditioned bedroom and bath are situated on opposite sides of the pool terrace. Across the courtyard is the two-story Gatehouse, each level offering an air-conditioned queen bedroom/bath suite (the lower suite has a complete small kitchen, and the upper suite two scenic balconies). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and fully screened. For 11th + 12th persons, please add $65 per child per night, for sofa bed in lower Gatehouse bedroom - both must be a child UNDER 12 YEARS (and please be advised that with the sofa bed being used, this bedroom\'s floor space becomes very tight). Amenities include 7 satellite TVs (1 in each bedroom, 1 50\" plasma HDTV in library/den + a large-screen TV in lower living area), + DVD/VCR players. CD players, satellite music through TV surround-sound system in library/den (+ surround sound for satellite + CD music in the Great Room/kitchen), extensive movie collection, music collection, books, games, A/C in all five bedrooms + in library/den; PC computer with DSL line + Wi-Fi, fax machine + answering machine, 2-line telephones; hair dryers; gourmet kitchen with 2 refrigerators, + wine cooler/beverage center in library/den; safe for valuables, gas grill, wet bar + mini-fridge in lower living area, UV water purification system, automatic generator, wet bar in library/den, waterfall; nylon Pack \'n\' Play-crib/playpen + highchair; electronic gate into Peter Bay, beach chairs + coolers, dishwasher, and 2 laundry facilities. Maid service is twice a week. Children are welcome but a notarized liability waiver is required for children under 7 years.
