Seacape Villa, opened its doors in August 2007 and is the newest and one of the most luxurious villas in the Dominican republic and the Caribbean. A 16,500 square foot three story Spanish Colonial style villa that will put you and your group into the ultimate Caribbean experience. The villa sits atop a 60 foot cliff over looking the ocean with steps down to a secluded 600 foot white sand beach. Seascape Villa is close to other tourist destinations such as Cabarete, Sosua, Puerta Plata and Samana Bay. Seascape Villa offers the complete package of luxury, world class food and total relaxation. Available to all guests are a full-time and dedicated staff of 14 along with an Executive Chef and Pastry Chef.
Weddings accepted with maximum 100 guests. Open air wedding chapel on property. There is an event fee of approximatly $3500 USD.
