Naoussa Townhouse was built during the 17th century. It was rebuilt in the 90's will full respect to traditional Cycladic architecture. In 2015, an extensive refurbishment was done to make Naoussa Townhouse a very comfortable, charming yet modern villa in the center of the town of Naoussa. In fact, this is the only villa of its kind in the center of town with a private swimming pool! The villa is about 200m2 and sits on a 400m2 property. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in the heart of town! You will be able to enjoy your private pool at home and then walk out your door and be in the center of town where there is plenty of activity. Once you are finished in town, walk over to the pier or the beach which are less than one minute away! Your nights will be comfortable and peaceful with air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.
Outside near the pool you can enjoy the shaded sitting areas or look out at the view of the sea. You are sure to have a wonderful stay on the island of Paros at Naoussa Townhouse!

The rates include the swimming pool (private), air conditioning
(cooling/heating, all bedrooms), all utilities, general cleaning and linen & towels changed every 4 days, light cleaning/garden cleaning daily, use of MyFi for mobile internet and dock to play music from phones, memory card etc.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room which is next to the open kitchen which has a dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Off of the kitchen there is a bathroom. To the other side of the living room is the first bedroom. A second full bathroom completes the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find two more bedrooms which share a full bathroom. There is also a family room on this floor.

Outside, on the terrace there are sunbeds and of course wonderful views of the sea. You will find pool towels at the villa.

Other essentials items that you will find at the villa are the following:

Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, crib, high chair, and a safe for your valuables.

The house has been beautifully renovated, and is really well-equipped. The central location means you feel like you are actually living in the village, and are quickly on speaking terms with neighbours. The pool and garden are very well-maintained, and help to make the property really special. The owners were incredibly helpful, and ensured that everything worked well for us. Arrangements were always made efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. The village has a great range of tavernas and bars, and a couple of beaches, with other beaches accessible by bus, or more interestingly, by boat

I cannot rave enough about Nikos' beautiful piece of paradise! Cannot believe this sanctuary exists in the very CENTRE of Paros old town...right outside your door are the small windy streets of fashion boutiques and restaurants and churches etc etc. 40 meters to the water - 25 meters to nearest convenience store...CONVENIENT! This place is truly unbelievable and you would be missing out BIG time if you did not book it. It is paradise. Honestly. Your eyes will not believe it is all true. HUGE private garden HUGE! With pool! Goodness me - I only wish we had more time there. Nikos met us and showed us around house and village. He is delightful and only too willing to assist in any way...He is part of the allure of the place. A great person. I could have stayed there forever!

This Spring our family spent ten lovely days at Spiti Valia. Our hosts were delightful and very helpful. The home has been meticulously restored and is very comfortable. There is a split floor plan that offers privacy for all. It truly felt like home. One of the best features is it's location in the middle of the beautiful village of Naoussa. Within walking distance of everything you need everyone can be independent. I highly recommend a stay at Spiti Valia and we hope to return next year.

Our group of 5 enjoyed 10 fabulous days at Spiti Valia and would highly recommend this home and destination to anyone interested in a truly unique experience. The beds and bedding have been completely updated (new) and were extremely comfortable. Our hosts were outstanding in that they were so proud of the beautiful restoration completed on this home and answered every question we had. Because of its central location in Naoussa, we were able to walk everywhere and really felt part of the community. Everyone on the island was so friendly and were so appreciative of our choosing Paros and specifically Naoussa for our very special vacation. Spiti Valia was very spacious and each of us felt very comfortable having our own bathroom close to each of our bedrooms. We successfully used both the dishwasher and clothes washing machine. Sitting outside by the lovely pool and garden was a very relaxing experience each morning. We had 2 small grocery stores close to our home that we were able to walk to in a matter of 3 minutes for groceries and supplies. I cannot recommend Spiti Valia highly enough and certainly our group is looking forward to returning next year. The hospitality shown to us by the family was outstanding.
