With a short drive, you can visit Arles, Nimes, and Aix-en-Provence, and Avignon has its own airport and train station.

The property is partly enclosed in a grove-like setting with gardens and a large, open swimming pool. A shaded patio offers shelter from the sun to enjoy meals al Fresco. The owners are in the wine business, and will be more than happy to introduce you to some fine local wines!
The larger ground floor of this lovely Provencal villa contains the sitting and dining area with French windows lighting the colorful furnishings. A fully-equipped kitchen has Provencal-style touches. There is a utility room with both washer and dryer. The ground floor bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom with shower (handicap-accessible).
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: A master suite with a king bed and its own bath ensuite with shower, a bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and a view of the vineyards.
The top floor has one bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a king, and a bathroom with tub including attached shower. This bedroom has doors that open to a small deck with two chairs to enjoy views of the vineyard and the Mountain \"les Alpilles\".
