You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in this apartment located in an 18th century beautiful courtyard and at the same time you will be part of this lively district with its many local shops, “trendy boutiques”, bars and delicious restaurants. The apartment is about 1,450 Square feet and offers beautiful open spacious for its guests. The apartment is located on the ground floor so no need for an elevator. Come and discover what it\'s really like to live in Paris!

This loft is composed of three levels and a main space at the central level (living room, kitchen, dining room) with very impressive volumes.

Those who love to cook will adore the exceptional kitchen which is modern and very well equipped. The double living room offers different atmospheres to relax and drink glasses of champagne after your Parisian visits of the day ! The simple decoration, stylish paintings and the harmony will make you spend unique moments with your family or between friends.

The top level is composed of two comfortable bedrooms each with their separate bathrooms. The first is a double bedroom and the second one has 2 single beds.
Finally on the upper floor is the main bedroom with its charming bathroom with bath-tub. All the bedrooms are on the courtyard side and very quiet. All the bedrooms are independent one from each other; everyone will have their privacy. If there are more than 6 guests, there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
Please note that the bathrooms have a tub and a wall mounted shower. Both of the toilets are located outside of the bathrooms.

Once you open the front door of Marais loft, in just minutes you will visit the « Musée Picasso », the « Musée Carnavalet », the « Georges Pompidou Center » or the famous church « Notre Dame de Paris ». Also discover the romantic quais of the river « Seine » or « L’île Saint Louis ». Stroll over the bridge to the left bank and visit Saint Germaine des Pres!
In this incredible loft located in one of the most connected district, you will be able either to rest and enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris or have a busy journey full of surprises and activities !

We have stayed in Paris many times and this was by far, our favorite neighborhood. Great restaurants for both dine in and take out. Also, two very close grocery stores. Just perfect! It is important to be aware that the master bedroom has very low ceilings. The was pleasant but the very low ceilings were difficult for a taller (>6 feet tall) person.

The apartment was wonderful. Right in the center of everything. It was not a bother to us but anyone taller would have had a problem with the height of the ceiling in the upper master guest bedroom/bathroom. We had a wonderful time and the team in Paris were amazing. We look forward to renting from your team again.

Great for cooking, although we only used the kitchen for coffee and snacks. The Marais is bustling and fun. The apartment was really clean and stocked well.
