Amazing space - enormous rooms,clean, quiet, big kitchen, beautiful antiques in dining room, kitchen amenities, washing machine, full refrigerator. Fabulous location - less than a minute walk to the Arno River. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay with a large group because there is so much space. The set up allows for togetherness in the common areas, living room, kitchen and dining room, but also gives a good sense of privacy when you go into your separate bedrooms. The location is great, on a lovely street close to markets. It’s also very convenient to all the local sites, at most a 15 minute walk to all important places to visit. The apartment is right near the Arno River. The other side of the river is quieter and has a more local flavor, is great for small vegetable shops, bakeries, pizzerias, much less hectic and relaxed. I felt that the location of the apartment was perfect, you can get a well rounded sense of Florence staying here.

Upon arriving in Florence we knew we picked the right place. The location is perfect for walking around and seeing the historic sights of the city. We were greeted by a nice young woman who was full of energy and excited to tell us all abut the apartment and her city. The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. It was hot in the city but the air conditioners kept the place comfortable. Communication was excellent and when we did have a small plumbing problem it was quickly addressed. All in all we had a magical stay in this beautiful city and I would highly recommend staying there.

Spacious apartment in great central location. We are 3 generations (from 10-81) traveling in Italy. This apartment was great for our stay. Three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room. The location was ideal for walking. Close to churches, museums and shopping for the adults and close to the best gelato for the kids.
