All the individually designed villas are set in their own private plot of 900 m2 and provide a spacious and comfortable living room with working fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, BBQ area and a private swimming pool. Elounda Estate - Octo is a two-bedroom villa, on two levels with 85 square meters that sleeps 4 persons. Located on the ground floor is the comfortably decorated living room with sofa, chairs, Satellite TV, stereo system, and fireplace. The dining area seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Also on the ground floor is a toilet with shower. The upstairs offers two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other two twins, and a bathroom with a hydro massage. For inspiring views and respite from the heat, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs.
All the villas have a working fireplace, safe box, iron and ironing board, bath toiletries, hair dryer, allergy-proof pillows, BBQ area, children\'s playground, private parking, and a private swimming pool area. Other services include reception, cleaning 3 times per week, change of linen and towels 3 times per week, and free delivery of groceries from the local supermarkets.
A standard weekly menu with breakfast and dinner, for bed & breakfast or half board arrangement is available. No additional cost for the chef. Children\'s reduction on the weekly menu rates 45 %.
