Chateau Roussillon is located in the heart of the Languedoc region of France which is well known for its wine production. Chateau Rousillon is a beautifully renovated chateau and happens to be on a wine producing estate. Guests will be able to benefit from the location where they will enjoy the 3 hectares of private grounds with formal gardens and lawn along with wooded areas. The total area of the property is 160 hectares, 60 hectares of which are used for wine producing. With such nice vineyards all around, guests will be able to taste some fine wines from this vineyard.
For those wishing to celebrate a wedding or anniversary, there is an ancient chapel on the property which dates back to the year 987!
There is a private pool and tennis court for guest\'s use. The pool has a pool house with sun terrace and shower facilities.

Maid service and gardening services are part time and included in the rental. Breakfasts are served daily and are also included in the rental price.

For amateurs of piano, the grand piano will serve you for hours of entertainment!

The property has a total of 10 bedrooms where 15 guests can be accommodated. Four of the bedrooms are in the main chateau while the other six are located in the Chateau\'s tower. This area is ideal for the children and teenagers in the group. Guests will be able to walk to the village of Montagnac which is only 5 minutes away. The town of Pézenas is 15 and the coast, at Mèze, is only 10 minutes away.

In the main part of the Chateau, there is a vast entrance hall with a beautiful staircase leading upstairs. On the ground leven there is a dining room with vaulted ceiling, dining table and chairs. The living room also has a vaulted ceiling. Here you will have TV, DVD and Wi-Fi internet. There is also a library with fireplace and a second living room with a double living area. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom. Access to the chapel is also from the ground level.

In the adjoining tower there are 6 more bedrooms that are located on various floors. All of the bedrooms in the tower are single rooms with the exception of one which has two single beds. There are two more bathrooms with showers and two separate WC.
