This country estate presents itself as a large space managed by the cultivators who live here and offer hospitality to visitors who wish to fully experience the ancient rhythms of the cultivation of grapevines and olives. It is now possible to swim in natural water pool that has now been restored.

You will never tire of the views as you look out onto the castle or Castello and imagine what life was like here hundreds of years ago.

The ground floor features a large living room and veranda facing the landscape of the Rocca, a large dining room with a corner for conversation arranged around a typical Venetian fireplace, and a perfectly equipped kitchen that opens onto a portico facing south. A bathroom with a shower, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a closet complete the floor plan.
The upper floor features four bedrooms, three with queen-size beds and one with two twin-size beds, each of them with a bathroom en-suite.
At the entrance, the outside of the house overlooks an ample courtyard in which at least 6 automobiles may park comfortably, while the part opposite the living room, as an extension of the veranda, opens onto an ample green lawn that leads to a space further down equipped to serve as a solarium.
