Just a short drive from two beaches and lively towns this property is perfectly positioned. Andratx hosts a weekly market and has an array of shops and restaurants to visit, while Puerto d’Andratx features the marina (which can be seen from the property) and some very popular bars and restaurants. Golfers can enjoy the nearby Golf d’Andratx.
Casa Tramuntana is also handicapped accessible.

Outdoor areas at Casa Bella include a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, and shaded sitting and dining areas - not forgetting the magnificent views of the surrounding area.
Inside, this property has been furnished to the highest of standards, the chic modern interiors and the floor to ceiling doors flood the living areas with natural light. The open-plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen are equally as bright and spacious, with the dining table easily seating 12 diners.
For your entertainment, other living areas include a private exercise room, a home cinema and the media room featuring a football table.
For warm days in the summer, there’s air conditioning; for cooler nights in the winter months, there are heated floors. Also, this property has an elevator, a music system, access to WiFi and a security system.
Each of the villa’s six bedrooms has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, several have mountain views or open onto a terrace or balcony.

House Keeping:
July & August – 3 hours per day, 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday 10am – 1pm) Other months – 3 hours, 1 day per week (Tuesday 10am – 1pm) Towels changed once each week on Tuesdays. (Extra charge for pool heating of €350 per week)
