Located within a gated community, just outside of San Jose del Cabo, this home sits perched atop a breezy bluff, just steps away from the beach. Expansive views of distant shoreline, ocean surf, rocky tide pools, and surrounding desert mountains can all be enjoyed from the poolside deck. A heated pool with swim up seats and twin dolphin fountains are dramatically terraced over the hillside. Majestic canterra stone columns outline the shaded porches of the outdoor cantina. There are two outdoor dining areas, as well. The indoor décor is a symbiotic blend with the environment outdoors. Lofty 20-foot ceilings, skylights, and minimal window treatment bring sunshine and wrap-around views inside. Natural materials, such as Guadalajaran marble and clay paver flooring, colorful Arte de Mexico furnishings, and stone/glass tables are displayed throughout the house.
Casa Pacifico is just a beach-stroll to a hotel resort, the new Jack Nicklaus golf course, the Palmilla Course, Cabo Del Sol and the new El Dorado Golf Course. There is a full service personal concierge available to provide all special requests and details, including full or part time gourmet chef, rental cars, fishing fleets or a professional masseuse for an additional charge depending on the service requested.
The spacious floor plan features 3 fireplaces and 4 bedrooms, each with private bath, and separate quest quarters complete with one queen bed and a separate kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and ensuite bath, two guest rooms, each with a king bed and ensuite bath and one guest room with two queen beds and ensuite bath. Altogether, Casa Pacifico has six bathrooms and the large master suite and main guest room have balconies out to the pool. A billiard room and bar are surrounded by french doors. Air conditioning with individual controls in every room, ceiling fans, along with concrete construction, help keep the house comfortably cooled. A long front corridor offers lush views of tropical gardens from walled courtyard gardens outside. Bananas, mangos, papayas, limes, palms, plumeria and hibiscus abound. Courtyard and other wrought-iron gates are lockable for privacy and security. The house provides every possible amenity: A gourmet kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also, the indoor entertainment system includes two direct TV systems, a VCR and CD player with remote speakers, and a telephone and fax system. Also, daily maid and caretaker services are provided in the rental price. Drivers are available upon request at airport for $50. pickup and one-way to casa. In you are renting during the Christmas holidays there is a 10 night minimum.
