This property is a charming new one story villa surrounded by a wonderful garden and amazing sea views just outside the characteristic village of Montemarcello. Completed in 2009, the villa is bright and airy and has been tastefully furnished. The fenced-in garden area is very private and filled with flowers,rosemary,and lavender.

The villa is composed of a large open space where there is a comfortable living area with a fireplace, a sofa and two chairs and there is also a dining table that seats up to 6 people. Just off the living room is the small but well-equipped kitchen. On opposite sides of the living room there are two bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The villa has a covered porch area for dining outdoors with a sea view.

The villa is also equipped with a small swimming pool that has comfortable furnishings for sunbathing and enjoying the villa’s garden and it’s surroundings. There is a golf course in Lerici (10km) and in Versilla (35km).

This villa has everything you need to make your Italian vacation relaxing and memorable. It features a BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, screened windows, satellite television, DVD player and high-speed Internet. Final cleaning is included. Cook service is optional, as is maid service and laundry

The owners live on the premises in a separate villa about 200 meters away and are very discreet. Guests will have complete privacy.

This property located 700 steps from the Punta Corvo Beach and 100m meters from Montemarcello, with its\' shopping and restaurants. The bus is only 200m from the property and parking is readily available.

This legendary coastal area was once the home of some of the world\'s most famous poets: Shelly, Lawrence, Byron, and Dickens. They, as did many artists, found inspiration from the colorful hamlets,the deep blue sea and colorful gardens.

Time seems to have stopped as you enter though the 15th century walls of Montemarcello. This medieval burg with its burnt orange and faded rose facades has narrow walkways that lead through archways into intimate town squares.

To the west of town, you will find the amazing marble quarries of Carrara that appear as mountains sprinkled with snow. On the ocean side of town are the amazing vistas of the Gulf of Poets and in the distance, Portovenere, the Isles of Palmaria and Tino.

The National Park of Montemarcello is another point of interest with its botanic gardens and pathways leading through flora and fauna typical of the area.
