This charming country house is situated close to Balestrate, a beach resort town on the north coast of the island, 40 km west of Palermo.
The carefully restored estate that has a wonderful panoramic view of the large Mediterranean garden and rolling hills consists of three separate units: the main house, an adjoining apartment with its own entrance, and a small house located about 30 meters away. All three are exclusively rented together.
The house is spacious. There is a swimming pool with its little sun terrace, outside shower, and barbecue facilities are located in the beautiful garden. Inside, the house is decorated in rustic country house style. The inside of the house is a nice combination of old architecture and modern amenities. For visitors who want to travel around the island, the beautiful sandy beach in San Vito lo Capo is one the only great attractions. One can also take a trip to the sights of Erice, Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo, Trapani and Segesta.

First floor: in the loft (access via a staircase in the living room): 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed; First floor: 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Please note you have to go through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom on this floor.
APARTMENT. Ground floor.: living room, 1 bathroom with shower, garden.First floor: in the loft: 1 double bedroom.
SMALL HOUSE. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchen corner, 1 bathroom with shower, covered terrace, garden. First floor: in the loft: 1 double bedroom. A/C unit in the bedroom.
