Description

The charming Casa Brezza is a hillside, ground floor apartment immersed in the pine woods of a residential area in the seaside village of Castiglioncello. The casa is conveniently located and is within walking distance from a sandy beach (about 600 meters). Casa Brezza is situated on the ground floor of an independent villa, with the owner occupying an apartment on the first floor. Guests of the casa have their own private entrance and private fenced garden, furnished with table and chairs for barbecues and dining al fresco.

Included in the rental price: Water, gas, electricity, weekly linen change, baby cot, final cleaning (a charge of 50 Euros if casa is not left tidy)

From the garden, the entrance door leads to a spacious and comfortable living/dining room with a kitchen corner furnished with oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is one double room with a queen size bed; one bedroom for four people (queen size bed and bunk beds); one bathroom with shower and one with tub. In the living room, there is a TV (Italian channels only) and a double sofa bed. The garden area offers an outdoor shower and about 200 square meters of private parking area. The main square in the center of the village is about 15 minutes walk from Casa Brezza. Here, guests can find shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The small commercial area with the supermarket is about one km from the house. The interesting old city of Livorno is about 30 km from Castiglioncello.

Originally an Etruscan village, Castiglioncello stands on a small headland at the foot of the Livorno hills. \"The pearl of the Tyrrhenian\", this well-known holiday resort has a charm all its own. Sea-watchers, divers and fishermen flock to this coast, along with sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts.
