Apartment Ubaldi is a large, penthouse apartment located on the fifth floor (with elevator) in a quiet building near the Vatican. It sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms and a sofa bed. Recently renovated with very good taste, the apartment is extremely comfortable, quiet, and bright.

The apartment consists of a large entrance hall, which leads into a beautiful living/dining area furnished with modern furniture including a table for 10, a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed, and TV with Satellite. A corridor leads to the four brightly decorated bedrooms (three with double beds and one with single bed). The kitchen is fully-equipped: large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary cutlery and dishes. There are two bathrooms, one with shower.

The surprise, bonus feature of this penthouse is the balconied terrace of 80 sq. meters that surrounds a large part of the apartment. This area is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for an al fresco lunch or dinner, as well as an additional area furnished with sofa, armchairs, and coffee table suitable for relaxing conversations with a glass of Prosecco.

Apartment Ubaldi features heating, air conditioning, Internet with free WiFi, and satellite TV.

It\'s located in an area near the Vatican, on Via Baldo degli Ubaldi, a street offering shops of all kinds and public transports. In addition, the metro is just outside the entrance of the building. In three stop (five minutes) is St. Peter\'s Basilica and the Vatican Museum, and in six stops (10 minutes) are the Spanish Steps. A perfect location for a Roman holiday!
